Bossier City Woman Jailed for Stabbing Boyfriend

Bossier City police have arrested a woman for stabbing her live-in boyfriend earlier this week.

Violent Crimes detectives have charged 29-year-old LaQuandria Lyons with aggravated second degree battery. She's accused of stabbing 29-year-old Taequarn Johnson late Monday night at the couple's home in the 600 block of Kelly Street.

Johnson suffered a serious, but non-life-threatening, chest wound. He was taken to University Health for treatment. Lyons was booked into the Bossier City Jail on $35,000 bond.
