Bossier City police need your help to find a woman who has been passing fake money around town. This woman is caught on surveillance camera using a bogus $10 bill at a Circle K.
If this woman is caught, she could be facing a lengthy jail sentence. Anyone caught using counterfeit money could face a possible fine of at least $5,000 and a jail sentence of 6 months to ten years in prison.
A document that is presented as legitimate, but has actually been falsely manufactured, composed or otherwise made, is deemed to be counterfeit under Louisiana law.
