Camila Cabello has hopped on the pop-co bandwagon.

The "Havana" singer took to Twitter on Thursday night (April 26) to tease a remix of "Never Be the Same," and now, she's unveiled the full track. The breathy power ballad, a standout from her self-titled solo debut, features country singer Kane Brown, adding his southern croon into the chorus and looping in electric guitars.

"I love this so much @kanebrown," Cabello tweeted. "always imagined another version of this song sounding like this."

She also shared a more detailed explanation behind the making of the song on Instagram.

"When we were writing this song @frankdukes kept telling me 'the melodies you're doing make it feel like this could be a country song !!! Ever since we finished writing it I always thought this could be reimagined with a country artist and I heard @kanebrown's song 'What Ifs' one day and freaked out! I was like he's the PERFECT artist to do this with," she wrote. "I'm so so excited about this and hope you love it as much as I do and thank you Kane for your magical voice, this song tells a different story now."

The remix joins a number of other crossover hits climbing the charts as of late, including Bebe Rexha's "Meant to Be" and Hailee Steinfeld's "Let Me Go." The original track was the second single to come from Camila, released in January. It was co-written by Cabello, Adam Feeney, Leo Rami Dawod, Jacob Ludwig Olofsson, Noonie Bao, and Sasha Yatchenko.

Cabello is currently headlining her Never Be the Same Tour, her first-ever solo trek, and will open shows on Taylor Swift's upcoming Reputation Tour starting May 8th.
