Chef Sanjay Thumma Cooks Interesting 'Indian Chicken Jambalaya'

Chef Sanjay Thumma, widely known as Vah-Chef has put a pretty interesting twist on a Cajun classic. Is it heresy, or would you want to try it?

What Chef Thumma cooks is a New Orleans style chicken jambalaya with an Indian twist, topped with an Indian okra bread.

Other than the okra and tomatoes, I like to eat everything else Vah-Chef uses for his Indian Jambalaya so this is something I wouldn't mind trying.
