Normally seen on women in the late 90s and early 2000s, Chokers were a fashionable necklace that made a comeback this past year. You know what chokers are. You have seen them.

They are the little necklaces that girls wear. I am guilty. I love them. These chokers are now getting a new target audience: men. ASOS recently started selling chokers for men.

People are freaking out about this. Saying that men don't wear chokers, but lets look at some history for a moment.
