The couple welcomed their first child last weekend, a six-pound, eleven-ounce baby girl named Luna Simone Stephens.
"She's here!" Teigen posted on Instagram. "Luna Simone Stephens, we are so in love with you! And sleepy. Very sleepy."
Legend, whose real name is John Roger Stephens, tweeted, "Our new love is here! "Luna Simone Stephens, born on Thursday, the 14th. We couldn't be happier!"
