Comedy Lovers Excited for More Shows Coming to Bossier
There Has Been a Comedy Revival in Bossier That We are All Fueling.
Don't Take This Serious Comedy has invested a lot of time and love into the community and brought several nights of laughter our way. Don’t Take This Serious Comedy announced a local comedy competition at the East Bank Theater in February. LoCo Fest was on a mission to find the "Local Comedy Champion". Over 30 comedians tried out and only 10 made it to the final stage. All 10 had about 5 minutes to make the crowd laugh and hopefully earn the vote from the public. Since LoCo Fest it feels like Bossier can't get enough of comedy Nights.
We have seen a lot of epic comedy nights for great causes and it seems like we keep asking Don't Take This Serious Comedy for more shows.
Early November is bringing us a "Comedy In East Bank" Show in the East Bank Theatre. Saturday, November 2nd, we will see LoCo Fest 2024 finalist Tyler Elliott headlining another amazing show featuring PJ Dullard and another of Shreveport's up-and-coming comedians, Garrett Nelson. These comedy shows sell out very fast so if you love comedy you need to get your ticket as soon as possible. You can click here for ticket information. Tickets are only $12 and we love an affordable date night full of laughter.
In order for us to keep getting live entertainment like this, it is up to us to keep showing up and supporting events like this. We love that Don't Take This Serious Comedy is bringing us all this live entertainment to town.
