Comedy Prize 2025: Rising Stand-Up Stars in Shreveport
The Shreveport entertainment scene just got a major boost, and it was all thanks to Prize Fest’s Comedy Prize! Thursday night was completely dedicated to stand-up, featuring not one, but two incredible shows.
If you were looking for a night packed with non-stop laughter, the Remington Garage was the only place to be.
The event took place at the unique Remington Garage at 211 Market Street in Shreveport.
First Show: Thursday, October 16th, 7:00 PM
Late Show: Thursday, October 16th, 9:00 PM
The best part? Both shows featured the entire lineup of seven talented comedians, giving everyone who snagged a ticket a chance to see all the competitors.
Comedy Prize: High Stakes for Rising Stand-Up Stars
Comedy Prize is easily one of the hottest tickets at Prize Fest every year. This is more than just a regular comedy show; it’s a high-stakes competition. Eight rising stand-up comedians traveled from across the country to compete not just for your laughs, but for a hefty $2,500 cash prize. Even more importantly, they were performing for this year’s celebrity judges, who have the potential to elevate these artists' careers to the next level.
I absolutely loved the fact that there were so many different comedic voices from all over America. The variety was phenomenal! Everyone brought their distinct style of humor to the stage, ensuring that every person in the audience had a comedian they instantly clicked with. A night full of pure, unrestrained laughter is always a major win in my book.
The Host and Competitors Who Brought the House Down
The energy of the night was set by our fantastic host, Kalea McNeill. She kept the flow perfect and the crowd energized; honestly, I could have watched her host all night long!
Here are the hilarious comedians who competed tonight, serving up every style of comedy imaginable:
Olivia Carter
Reggie Conquest
Ben Harkins
Peter Revello
Madison Sinclair
Jamie Wolf
Joe Briggs
I'm already recovering from laughing so hard! Which of these comedians do you think is going to take home the Comedy Prize?
