The 19th season of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" came to a nail-biting conclusion Tuesday night as it came down to the final three.

"Pretty Little Liars" star Janel Parrish and partner Val Chmerkovskiy performed a foxtrot/paso doble fusion, while Sadie Robertson and Mark Ballas blew away the crowd and the judges' table with a combination quickstep/samba. "Yours is a Cinderella story," judge Len Goodman told Robertson. "You came to the ball having never danced, met the handsome Prince Charming, and you're leaving a dancing princess."

Former "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" star Alfonso Ribiero, who made it to the finals despite near-debilitating injuries, did a cha-cha/Argentine tango combination with partner Witney Carson which earned them a perfect 40 out of 40 points, prompting judge Bruno Tonioli to gush, "You're a legend, man!"

But when the smoke finally cleared, there could only be one winner. Parrish and Chmerkovskiy finished in third place, and Robertson and Ballas squeaked into the runner-up position in one of the tightest races in the show's history. But the top spot and the Mirrorball trophy ultimately wound up with Ribierio and Carson, who finished with a total score of 120 out of 120.

Ribiero burst into happy tears as he accepted the winning trophy, saying, "I've wanted it forever! My god, I don't know what to say."
