Did KFC Serve a Guy a Fried Rat or is This a Hoax? [VIDEO]

Facebook user Devoirse Dixon posted a video that has since gone viral showing what appears to be a fried rat.

Devoirse posted the video with no caption, and no words in the video. I'll be honest, it totally looks like a fried rat.

Then again, if that meant it was real, there would be a lot of UFOs in the sky and Lochness Monsters in the water. So what does KFC have to say about this?
