Drake just can't seem to stop winning.

For the ninth week in a row, his album Views is No. 1 on the Billboard 200, pushing him even further into historic territory—he just passed Eminem's The Marshall Mathers LP to become the third-place hip-hop album with the most weeks spent at the top of the chart. There are now only two rappers in his way—Vanilla Ice (with To The Extreme) and MC Hammer (with Please Hammer Don't Hurt Him).

Views debuted at the #1 spot and simply hasn't left yet, setting Drizzy up for an undisputed reign of summer '16.  The last man to have an album spend this many weeks at the top of the charts was Usher with Confessions, and the last man to spend nine consecutive weeks at No. 1 was Mylie Cyrus' pops, Billy Ray Cyrus back in 1992.

In fact, Views has the longest consecutive reign at the top since Adele's mega album, 21. The only other albums in the past 10 years to spend at least nine weeks at No. 1 are Adele's 21 and 25, Taylor Swift's Fearless and 1989 and the Frozen soundtrack.

The Toronto rapper will kick off his Summer Sixteen Tour with Future later this month in Austin, and he'll hit Atlanta, Dallas and Chicago among other cities. Billboard milestones aside, Drizzy has been super busy both personally and musically. But if his win on the charts is any indication, we trust he's still enjoying his view from the top.
