DWTS Hunk William Levy Finally Got Those Sexual Battery Charges Dropped

Dancing with the Stars hunk William Levy can focus on the dancing competition with a clear head now that some old charges against him have been dropped.

Back in 2010, a then 17-year old accused William of sexual battery and false imprisonment. The minor said that she was lured into his room to get an autograph, but he forced sexual acts on her and gave her an STD. She was seeking $2.5 mil in damages.

William denied the allegations and claimed that she tried to extort $950k from him in exchange for her silence. Those charges were finally dropped because there was no probable cause to pursue criminal action against William.
