Patrick Mahomes Wins NFL AFC Player Of The Month For September

Patrick Mahomes is UNSTOPPABLE!

The East Texas native is having another MVP style year as he was named the AFC Player of the Month.

According to KLTV, the Chief Quarterback had a great month in September to kickoff the NFL season by leading his team to a 4-0 record, and is one of the three remaining teams that are undefeated.

Mahomes lead a thrilling come from behind victory last Sunday (September 29th) against the Detroit Lions with a 13 play drive with 2 minutes remaining.

Through four weeks of play Mahomes has thrown over 1,500 yards passing and a total of 10 touchdowns with no interceptions.

If Mahomes continues to play like this he will definitely be taking home MVP honors at the end of the season and possibly a Superbowl victory.

We'll see if the record season continues today as the Chiefs take on the Colts tonight (October 6th) for Sunday Night Football.
