Ellen DeGeneres Sued Over A Boob Joke?

A Georgia real estate agent is none too happy with Ellen DeGeneres.

In a recent segment of her talk show called "What's Wrong With These Signs?", an sign advertising realtor Titi Pierce was shown with DeGeneres joking about the sign reading "T*tty Pierce"

Pierce says that she pronounces her name "Tee Tee" and claims that no one has ever mispronounced it as "T*tty".

She is suing the show for defamation, false light invasion of privacy, misappropriation of likeness and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Pierce also claims that while she was en route to a family member's funeral when the segment aired and began receiving phone calls from unknown numbers. She reports that when she answered, she was mocked and harassed by "cruel voices".

“As a direct and proximate result of the Defendant’s conduct, Ms. Pierce has suffered stress, emotional distress, embarrassment, humiliation, anger and other mental pain and suffering,” states the lawsuit.

I would say "Grow a pair", but...
