Eminem is looking to get rid of his Detroit mansion and he’s willing to take a financial loss. According to E! News, Em is selling his second home in the Rochester Hills area for close to $2 million. The downside is that 14 years ago, Slim Shady purchased the mansion for $4.75 million, over twice as much as the current listing price.

According to an insider, the property wasn’t Em’s primary home, only his getaway place, and it’s barely lived-in. Nevertheless, it’s a gorgeous house with plenty of amenities.

The 17,000 square-feet-gated house, which was built in 1986, sits on six-acres of land. It boasts six-bedrooms, nine-and-a-half-bathrooms, a spacious dining room, a functional kitchen and a guest house with its own game room. There's also a tennis court, a waterfall pool with a spa, an entertainment cabana and a pond set in the woods.

One of the main selling points of the property is a "guard house" for extra security on the grounds. To check out more photos of Eminem's mansion, check out eonline.com.
