Like clockwork, we've all been eagerly anticipating Chef Felan and his team's annual anniversary bash. They don't just put on an event; they create a spectacular, community-focused block party with a feast unlike anything else in Shreveport.

The vibe is unmatched, and the passion is palpable in every single dish.

And let’s talk menu. This is a culinary creation, a true spectacle of whole-animal cooking. I’m talking roasted pig, alligator, and a cow’s head that yielded—I’m not exaggerating, the best barbacoa I have ever tasted. You get a decadent buffet-style feast, complemented by passed hors d'oeuvres and incredible desserts.
