Grandmother Filmed in a Wheelchair Strapped to the Bed of a Pick-Up [VIDEO]

This could have ended terribly.

I think you can guess where this viral video was shot, but if you're aving trouble, I'll tell you it was filmed in Florida. Becasue, of course it was.

See, in Florida, this is just another day. However, for any of us, this would be quite the sight to see, and a scary one at that!

In Tampa, FL, someone recorded footage showing a woman in a wheelchair, strapped down in the bed of a pickup truck. That alone should be frightening enough, but to make matters worse, this truck was absolutely flying.

Honestly, she doesn't look to have any complaints, so that's good. Also, it's worth noting that in Florida, it is completely legal to ride back there, as long as you're 18 year old. I believe she has that well-covered.
