Ground Broken for Building of New Whole Foods in Shreveport

Let the building begin! Ground has officially been broken for the new Whole Foods in Shreveport.

According to the Shreveport Times, ground has been broken on the corner of Fern Avenue and East 70th street for the brand new Whole Foods. That means construction can officially begin.

Whole Foods specializes in natural, organic and prepared foods. It's a shoppers paradise.

What's interesting is Whole Foods only builds stores in places where they know the market can turn a profit. It's a smart business move. What this means is that Shreveport is booming enough to bring the Texas grocery chain giant to this area.
