If the season changes you can expect the menu to change as well. Fat Calf utilizes locally sourced foods as available.

Shreveport Foodies Showed Up Ready and Eager for Fête du Veau 2024

Fat Calf threw an epic party to celebrate 5 wonderful years in Highland. Chef Anthony and the team prepared a feast like nothing else in Shreveport, the vibe was unmatched and the food, well, you already know, it's Fat Calf.

The feast was served buffet-style with passed hors d'oeuvres and desserts. There were over 35 wines from around the world and the specialty cocktails from some of Shreveport's most talented bartenders were so delicious.

Fat Calf's Party Had a Whole Roasted Pig, Alligator, and a Cows Head.

Don't let the cow head freak you out it was the best barbacoa I have ever had in Shreveport. The menu was one of the most insane creations I have ever seen, there was love on every single plate.

I am so grateful we have families like the Felan crew who are bringing their talents and sharing these culinary experiences with us. Fat Calf has become a wonderful addition to our community and we love that they bring us together through food, drinks and great vibes. I can't wait until 2025 when we get to do this all over again.
