“Idol” Champ Pranked (VIDEO)

"American Idol" Season 10 champ Scotty McCreery took an improptu stage dive during a concert in Bethel, NY Friday and has headliner Brad Paisley to thank for it.

The singer was performin a version of Travis Tritt's "T.R.O.U.B.L.E." when he took a tumble into the crowd. McCreery was not injured, however, and went on to finish the show.

Later Paisley decorated the stage with police tape and traffic cones to prevent a similar incident at the Sunday concert.

McCreery went on to tweet, "@BradPaisley wanted me to be extra cautious... Thanks Brad!"
