Here are the five candies with the most calories. Yes, some of your favorites will be listed. The truth hurts.
1. Snickers Peanut Butter, 130 calories.
2. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups - the mini ones with the gold foil, 110 calories each.
3. Take Five, 100 calories.
4. Whoppers, also 100 calories. And you only get THREE of them.
5. 100 Grand, Peanut Butter M&M's, and Reese's Nutrageous all tied for fifth... 95 calories.
So give me some good news, Jess. Well, there is some candy you can enjoy. Unfortunately, not all of them are chocolate. Which, as a chocoholic, stinks.
Here are the five candies with the fewest calories. But remember, everything in moderation. You don't want to have a 14-cavity appointment with your dentist... Been there, done that.
1. Sweet Tarts, each one is five calories (10 calories per pack).
2. Charleston Chews, 30 calories.
3. Jelly Bellys, each has about four calories (35 calories per pack).
4. Milk Duds, 40 calories.
5. Mike and Ike's, and Nerds tied for fifth... 50 calories.
