Instead Of Overpasses Should Shreveport Have Tunnels Instead

According to The Verge, Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, says that building tunnels would get rid of traffic.

“I really do think tunnels are the key to solving urban gridlock. Being stuck in traffic is soul-destroying," Musk told Verge. "Self-driving cars will actually make it worse by making vehicle travel more affordable.”

I completely agree with him that traffic is soul-destroying. Getting stuck behind a train on Airline is the most annoying experience to ever sit through.

Tucker, my boyfriend, seems to have the worst luck with trains. Every time he leaves the apartment he gets stuck behind a train. No lie! Every time he leaves for work at University Veterinary Hospital he gets stuck behind a train. Every time he heads to Bergeron's he gets stuck behind a train.

What if we had tunnels to help us get from one place to another?
