Louisiana Festival Schedule For Summer 2025
KNGT-FM - Louisiana is full of pretty fun things to do during the summertime. Pretty much every weekend, you can find a festival or two throughout the state of Louisiana, likely within driving distance from wherever you are.
Louisiana has some of the wildest and most off-the-wall festivals you can imagine. I’m talking about things like the Natchitoches Meat Pie Festival, where people celebrate a snack with a parade and live music. Then there’s the Shrimp and Petroleum Festival—yep, shrimp and oil in one party. We’ve got frog festivals, squirrel cook-offs, and even pirogue races. It’s all super fun, a little weird, and totally Louisiana.
