National Weather Service is concerned about the numerous showers and thunderstorms that are expected to develop today through Thursday in association with an area of upper level low pressure across Texas.

Weather experts feel this may lead to excessive rainfall with amounts between 1-3 inches and isolated higher totals in excess of 4 inches possible during this timeframe.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings.

Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
