The Best "Accident" I Ever Made

I originally walked into the Bossier location of Bergeron's with one mission: Gumbo. It was freezing cold outside, and I was hoping for a piping hot bowl. However, when I got there, I realized their amazing gumbo is sold frozen for you to take home and prepare later.

Being the impatient person that I am when faced with delicious Cajun food, I made a spontaneous decision: I opted for one of everything! Yeah, every single item that was warm and ready got thrown into my box, and trust me, I devoured it all.

From their famous, perfectly seasoned boudin ball to the unforgettable steak wrap, a tender cut of steak wrapped in bacon with a delicious cream cheese mix in the middle, I was in absolute Cajun paradise. It was the best "wrong turn" I could have possibly made.
