If you have been watching Chip and Joanna Gaines renovate a property near Magnolia Market in Waco, Texas you know you want to stay there. There is a new episode of Fixer Upper: The Hotel every Wednesday on Max, and I am hooked.

They have only released 5 episodes at this point, and they are styling and preparing the hotel for its grand opening. There might be only one more episode left in the series because everything is close to being finished.

They shared many details about the building, the design, and its importance in Waco's history. Chip and Joanna Gaines bought this property five years ago according to KWTX in Waco.

The one thing that they haven't mentioned is the price per night to stay in the hotel.

How Much Does It Cost To Stay In Chip And Joanna Gaines' Waco Hotel 1928?

The actual opening of the hotel was on Friday, November 3rd, 2023. They were likely taking reservations even before that.

I had a feeling while I was watching the show that it would be booked solid for a very long time, so I went and took a look. With only 33 luxury hotel rooms, it was bound to happen.

I was surprised to find that there were some open days, and I was able to try and book a stay. Rooms start at $415 a night.

Even if you can't afford to stay there you can still dine at the restaurant or get a drink at the rooftop bar.

I was not able to find out the price for the suites, as they seem to be the rooms that are booked until the end of time. The largest guest rooms in the building "The Washington" and the "Columbus-King Suite" don't offer a price because they are booked out for months at this time.

Take a look at the completed hotel before it is revealed on the show with this video from Texas Explorer.
