Who Has the Best Mexican Food in Shreveport Bossier?
That's a tough question to answer. But I did ask some local foodie experts where to find some of the best Mexican dishes in town.
I am told the best Enchilada is the steak enchilada at Superior Bar and Grill. The best chips and salsa winner is El Cabo Verde. Ramirez gets the win in the best taco category (the Chica taco with the skirt steak is a favorite). Pedros takes the win for fajitas and El Cabo Verde wins the best appetizer with the Sopes (sort of a corn patty with lots of yumminess).

If I have a friend visiting and they want to go out and get Mexican food, it's really tough to make a decision. We have some many great Mexican restaurants. My problem is I get stuck on ordering the same thing from each of my favorite spots. I find it really tough to venture away from something tried and true. If I love a dish you make, I want to get it every time I visit your restaurant. But I'm working on doing better.
To rank the Mexican restaurants in town, we poured over the Yelp reviews to find the ones who get the most compliments from diners. I'm sure this will cause some pretty passionate debate. Perhaps we've left your favorite off of the list or maybe one of these spots is overrated. You be the judge.
