
Shreveport Police Arrest 2 in Lowe’s Theft, Still Seeking 1
Two Arrested, One Outstanding in Lowe’s Theft Investigation
Detectives with the Shreveport Police Department have arrested two women in connection with multiple thefts from Lowe's, and are still searching for a third suspect.
Detectives were contacted by Lowe's loss prevention personnel in regards to several theft incidents involving three known suspects:
Jacolby Foster (DOB 4/29/00)
Vikeshia Murray (DOB 8/16/02)
Tamira Caldwell (DOB 8/6/76).
After extensive investigaions, detectives determined that Foster and Caldwell stole $770 worth of merchandise from the store back on January 13th, 2025. Then, the next day, on January 14th, 2025, Foster and Murray stole a generator valued at $899. On both occasions, the suspects bypassed all points of sale without paying for the merchandise.

Surveillance footage confirmed the involvement of all three individuals. Detectives also reviewed their criminal histories, revealing extensive records for theft-related offenses:
• Jacolby Foster: Two prior theft convictions, two active prosecutions, and six prior theft-related arrests.
Murray and Foster were already in custody at Caddo Correctional Center on unrelated charges. Property Crimes detectives have now charged Murray with one count of Felony Theft (LA RS 14:67) as a habitual offender, while Foster has been charged with two counts of the same offense.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Tamira Caldwell, charging her with one count of Felony Theft (LA RS 14:67) as a habitual offender. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact the Shreveport Police Department at (318) 673-7300 or Caddo Crime Stoppers at (318) 673-7373.
