Three Arrested for Separate Domestic Violence Cases in Shreveport

Shreveport Police are holding domestic violence offenders accountable as domestic abuse remains a serious concern throughout our community.

SPD is making more arrests for domestic violence calls than in previous years, a result of the hard work and dedication of Officers.

Recent arrests include:

-Taj Harris (DOB: 08/09/1984) was arrested and charged with Domestic Abuse Battery.

-John Robinson (DOB: 04/16/2008) was arrested and charged with one count of Battery of a Dating Partner, First Offense, and one count of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm.

-Christopher Robinson (DOB: 05/24/2004) was arrested and charged with Battery of a Dating Partner, First Offense.

All three were booked into the Shreveport City Jail and were taken to the Caddo Correctional Center to face their charges.

From SPD:

"Domestic violence will not be tolerated in Shreveport. Our officers will continue responding, investigating, and making arrests when probable cause exists."
