Shreveport Man Arrested for Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile

Shreveport Police Department’s Sex Crimes Unit was notified of a reported sexual assault involving a 15 year-old juvenile on Kennedy Drive.

Based on the information, Detectives got to the scene to start an investigation. The juvenile was taken by SPD Officers to Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport for evaluation and treatment.

During the investigation, SPD impounded a Hyundai Elantra, which is believed to have been used in the commission of the crime.

Detectives identified and located the suspect, Quintell Gladney, who was taken to the Shreveport Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division for an interview.

Following the investigation, Gladney was charged with:

· Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile

· Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile

The investigation remains ongoing.
