Shreveport Fugitive Wanted by Police in Rape Case (ARRESTED)

UPDATE: Graham has been arrested, and sent to Caddo Correctional Center.

The Shreveport Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 35-year-old Marshall Graham, who is wanted in connection with a sexual assault that occurred in 2022. Recently recovered evidence has led detectives from the Shreveport Police Sex Crimes Unit to obtain a warrant for Graham's arrest on one count of third-degree rape, following an extensive investigation into the allegations.

Marshall Graham is now a wanted fugitive, and we are urging anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts to immediately contact the Shreveport Police Department. Anonymous tips can also be submitted through Crime Stoppers.

If convicted, Graham could face up to 25 years in prison.

Third-degree rape, as defined by Louisiana law, involves sexual intercourse—whether anal, oral, or vaginal—that occurs without the lawful consent of the victim. The lack of consent may be due to various circumstances, including:

1. The victim's inability to resist or understand the nature of the act due to a stupor, abnormal condition of mind produced by an intoxicating agent, or any other cause, which the offender knew or should have known.

2. The victim’s temporary or permanent inability to understand the nature of the act due to unsoundness of mind, which the offender knew or should have known.

3. The victim's submission under the belief that the offender was someone known to the

victim, induced intentionally by the offender through artifice, pretense, or concealment.

4. The offender acts without the victim’s consent.
