See A Movie For Free With The Family This Spring In Tyler, Texas
Tyler Parks and Recreation will once again give Tyler and area residents a different way to experience watching a movie than on a traditional big screen inside a movie theater.
Tyler Parks is bringing back 'Movies In The Park' this Spring and they'll be showing movies on a big screen under the stars in Bergfeld Park and Fun Forest Pool.
This tradition has been happening twice a year, Spring and Fall, since 2005 when more than 130 free movies were shown to Tyler area residents.
The 2024 Movies In The Park series will feature three movies at Bergfeld Park and one at Fun Forest Pool. All movies are free and moviegoers are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs along with some of their favorite movie snacks and get ready to see some family-friendly movies for free during a special family bonding experience.
The 2024 Movies In The Park series features:
- Saturday, April 27th @ 8:15p - Wall-E (rated G)
- Saturday, May 4th @ 8:15p - A Million Miles Away (rated PG)
- Saturday, May 18th @ 8:15p - Elemental (rated PG)

All movies will be shown at Bergfeld Park except for May 25th's showing of The Little Mermaid, which will be shown at Fun Forest Pool.
