A Texas teacher has been arrested after being caught "engaging in sexual contact" with a student.

The teacher, 51-year-old, Jennifer Massey is an art teacher at Davenport High School in Comal County and Comal ISD which is located just northeast of San Antonio. According to KENS5.com, Comal County deputies were called to a home that is under construction last week around 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The call came in because someone saw a suspicious person in the home.

When authorities arrived, they reportedly saw Massey and a juvenile male engaging in sexual activity.

Massey was arrested and faces charges of having an improper relationship between educator and student. The report did not say if Massey would be charged with breaking and entering the home that is under construction.

Davenport High School alerted parents on Friday and told parents that Massey would not be returning to the school according to KENS5.com.

"The purpose of this message is to make you aware of a situation involving one of our teachers, Jennifer Massey," the message said. "The district learned that last night Mrs. Massey was charged with having an improper relationship with a student. Mrs. Massey was placed on administrative leave this morning, and she will not be returning to Davenport High School."

The investigation is continuing in Garden City.

Massey is just the latest teacher to be busted having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
