According to reports, the 44-year-old guest was arrested when the Carnival Glory returned to Port Canaveral in Florida. The incident allegedly occurred while the vessel was at sea. Carnival security confined the guest to his cabin until the ship returned to port, where he was arrested.

Investigators say one of the children suffered a bloody lip and later complained of a headache. Another child was reportedly punched in the stomach by the man, identified as David Crosby II of Georgia. When asked about the incident at a later date, Crosby reportedly told ship's security that he did not recall the incident, but he did admit to being very intoxicated.
