Jamie Lynn Spears to Marry in Home State of Louisiana

Jamie Lynn Spears is ready to get hitched in Louisiana and the ceremony is expected to happen TODAY!

A year ago sweet, 22-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears was proposed to by her then-boyfriend James Watson. Today she will become a bride, according to E! Online.

The Zoey 101 star and her fiance obtained a marriage license from Tangipahoa Parish Clerk of Courts in Louisiana on March 5 and sources say the ceremony will take place today.

The wedding has been kept under wraps, but when rumors spread that Spears' older sister, Britney flew to her home state with her boyfriend David Lucado on Thursday, something had to be up.

It's the first marriage for Spears, who was previously engaged to Casey Aldridge, the father of her five-year-old daughter Maddie. Spears and Aldridge called it quits in 2010.
