He's finally decided: Jason Sudeikis won't be returning to "Saturday Night Live" when it returns this fall.

Sudeikis made the announcement Wednesday on "The Late Show with David Letterman", telling Letterman, "I'm definitely done. I'm gonna leave. I'm not coming back next fall."

He's the fourth cast member to announce his departure from the late-night sketch show; Bill Hader and Fred Armisen announced their plans to leave earlier this year, while "Weekend Update" anchor Seth Meyers will leave later in the season to host a late-night talk show for NBC. Sudeikis has been a with the show a total of ten years, two as a writer and eight as a castmember.

Rumors had been circulating for months regarding Sudeikis's future on the show, with fellow castmember Jay Pharoah tweeting a farewell to Sudeikis, Hader and Armisen in May before deleting it soon after.

Sudekis will star opposite Jennifer Aniston in the upcoming film "We're the Millers" opening in theaters August 7.
