Jon Hamm & Jennifer Westfeldt Split After 18 Years Together

And yet another Hollywood couple calls it quits...

Mad Men star Jon Hamm and girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt have announced that they are ending things after 18 years together.

"With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history," the couple said in a joint statement to People magazine. "We will continue to be supportive of each other in every way possible moving forward."

Hamm and Westfeldt were last photographed together July 22 at the New York premiere afterparty for the Netflix series, Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp, in which Hamm appears in a supporting role.
