Katharine McPhee Files for Divorce from Nick Cokas

After trying to make their marriage work over the last year, Katharine McPhee pulls the plug. Wait, wasn't she the one who cheated?

It's been a year since Katharine McPhee was seen smooching the director of "Smash" Michael Morris and now, her six-year marriage to Nick Cokas is over.

According to People Magazine, McPhee filed for a dissolution of marriage from Cokas. Her rep says it is amicable and the two plan on staying friends.

McPhee and Cokas were reportedly estranged at the time of McPhee's infidelity and the two had supposedly reconciled, trying to patch things up last spring. Morris was also married at the time to Mary McCormack, and the two are reportedly still together.

She claims no outside sources played a role in the split and to put it simply, the two were not right for each other anymore.
