Bossier Comedy: See Kill Tony Stars Live

Bossier City has a beautiful comedy revival, and we are seeing some big names come through town, and there are also locals that are taking the stage and learning the craft of stand-up, its truly an amazing thing to experience. Last October, we had two Golden Ticket winners from Kill Tony performing at the East Bank, and the show was a complete sell-out.

Kill Tony is, it's a stand-up comedy podcast since 2013. Comedian Tony Hinchliffe and his producer Brian Redban host random guests for 60 seconds of uninterrupted stand-up comedy. These guests show up at the performance hoping to perform. The performers are a mix of regular people who have never done stand-up comedy before and undiscovered comedians trying to break through. The goal is to get a Golden Ticket.

Ric Diez and Heath Cordes both received Golden Tickets from their Kill Tony appearances. Diez and Cordes brought in people from all over the Ark-La-Tex for a night full of comedy in the East Bank last October. Not long after that, Shreveport native Mark Pugh made an epic appearance on Kill Tony, and we love all the love he gave to Shreveport in his set. Shreveport-Bossier seems to love Kill Tony.

Don’t Take This Serious Comedy is bringing back Kill Tony Golden Ticket winners to the East Bank. Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 25th. Ric Diez and Enrique Chacón, have been handpicked for their exceptional talent on the hit podcast “Kill Tony,” and they're bringing their show to Bossier for two shows. This way, everyone who wants to see them live gets a shot.
