However, the gang at Luvly just gathered a list of popular breakfast food chains and analyzed Google Trends search data over the last 5 years to find out which breakfast food chain is the most popular in each state.

According to Luvly's website,

We began by searching for popular breakfast food chain articles from sources like Restaurant Clicks and Mashed. We gathered 21 search terms from those sources and used search interest from the past five years to determine which breakfast chains each state was searching for the most.

So, Which One Of Those Was Louisiana's Favorite?

Here's A Little Hint For You - It's Not The Favorite In Any Other State

Though the study showed that for the entire south and the whole east coast, stretching from Texas to Maine, IHOP reigned supreme, but specifically for Louisiana, the crown belongs to Another Broken Egg Cafe.
