This afternoon, in downtown Shreveport, a tentative protest is planned.  It all hinges upon what the President of the United States does next. The planned protest is called the "March if Mueller is Fired,"  and it is set to take place at 5 p.m. at the Federal Courthouse in downtown Shreveport if the Commander in Chief drops the ax on the man currently leading the investigation into whether or not foreign agencies tampered in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

Currently, over 900 such events seem to be planned to happen simultaneously across the country in the event the former FBI chief's tenure as special investigator comes to an abrupt end at the hands of the highest office in the land.  You can get more details from the event organizers here.

Quite a few folks have registered for the event already. Organizers are reminding those who choose to join in follow this rule:

If you choose to attend an event, you agree to engage in nonviolent, peaceful action, to act lawfully, and to strive to de-escalate any potential confrontations with those who may disagree with our values."
