Mattel has announced plans to partner with BTS and Big Hit Entertainment to create doll-versions of the seven-person K-pop super group. The toy brand made the announcement on Twitter on Saturday, revealing plans to bring the toys "to millions around the world!"

Little else is known about the collaboration at this time, but fans are excited. Many are already planning to rush to a toy store near them to grab the figures before kids can get their hands on them.

"Can't believe bighit is giving us dolls before BTS World y'all mind if I cry a little?" One fan tweeted.

Another wrote, "Oh my god! y'all but what if the dolls are small... we can finally actually put bts in our pockets."

"WAIT A LINE OF FASHION DOLLS MEANING THEY WILL HAVE THEIR OWN LINE OF CLOTHES JUST LIKE BARBIE BUT IT WILL BE BTS INSTEAD?!?! OMFG ?!?!?!?!!?!" A third wrote.

Not everyone has faith in Mattel's ability to deliver, however. Some dedicated fans feared, based on past band dolls, that they toy makers may not be up to the challenge.

"mattel was the same company that did the one direction dolls and they did them so dirty please i can't imagine how their [SIC] gonna do bts, let's cross fingers and pray," a user said.

Another said, "THEY BETTER NOT MAKE THEM LOOK LIKE THE ONE DIRECTION DOLLS AND THEY BETTER GIVE JIMIN, NAMJOON AND SEOKJIN THEIR BRATZ DOLL LIPS WITH BTS' NATURAL SKIN COLOR AND THEY BETTER COME WITH A PHOTOCARD OR ELSE I DONT WANT IT."

Mattel hasn't yet released a first-look at the BTS dolls. Fans will just have to wait and see how they come out.
