Meet the Men Who Received the First Same-Sex Marriage License in Caddo Parish [VIDEO]
Today was a historic day for Caddo Parish. Shortly after Governor Bobby Jindal announced that Louisiana would comply with the Supreme Court's decision, two men in Caddo Parish became the first same-sex couple to receive their marriage license here in our area.
Troy Foster and Cassidy Jennings have been together for 13 years! They have now made it official, and they are very relieved.
