More Charges Against Louisiana Gymnastics Coach

More charges are being added to Jonathan West of St Charles Parish as four new juveniles have stepped forward with accusations toward the ex-coach. KSLA reports that West is accused of molesting underaged boys while at Flipnatics which teaches gymnastics. As of now West is facing over a dozen charges including four counts of Sexual Battery, four counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of Juveniles in the Commission of any Felony, two counts of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile, and one count of Misdemeanor Sexual Battery.

Fox 8 reports that the youngest of the victims is only 10 years old. All of the victims tell about the same story that West would pick them up from their homes and on their way driving to the gym that's when the incidents would occur.

Police are asking that if anyone has any additional information and wants to come forward to please contact them at St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office at (985)331-1567 and to ask for Detective Steven Fontenot. Currently West is locked up in the Jefferson Parish Jail.
