Mother’s Day Madness 2018 Contest Rules

Contest: (Mother's Day Madness 2018) Nominations/Submissions for Mother's Day Madness 2018 will begin on April 30, 2018 at 12:30 PM CST/  The deadline to submit your nomination is Sunday, May 7th at 11:59 PM.  On Tuesday, May 9th a panel featuring members of the Townsquare Media/Shreveport staff will review the submissions and chose one winner. The winner will be contacted directly and will win the prize package.  The winner will be announced on-air and online on Friday, May 11th.

Prize:

• $200.00 Gift Card from Wal-Mart
• $270 Spa Package from Studio B with gift basket (includes Color & Cut 100-$125; Manicure - $25; Makeup & Hair - $85; Spray tan (optional) $35)
•  At home spa basket from Man Made Soaps – Value $50
•  $100.00 gift card to River City Grille.
•  A one month scholarship from Code Ninjas worth $225.00 per child who are between 7 -14 years old

The winner must pickup the prize from our office at 6341 Westport Avenue Shreveport, LA 71129 between regular business hours Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.
