Chris Harrison, host of "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette", announced on ABC's "Good Morning America" that Emily Maynard will be the next "Bachelorette".

Viewers may remember Maynard from Season 15 of "The Bachelor", in which she received the final rose from Brad Womack. The couple split shortly after.

Season 8 of "The Bachelorette" will premiere on ABC this spring.
