No One Wants to Grow Marijuana in Arkansas
According to KTBS, as of Wednesday there has been no application to grow or sell medical marijuana in Arkansas. The deadline is September 18th. From what I understand, officials will review all applications and plan on awarding five licenses to grow and 32 licenses for dispensaries.

Regulations for distributors and growers:
- growers must be at least 3,000 feet away from churches, schools, or daycares.
-dispensaries must be at least 1,500 feet away from churches, schools, or daycares.
So if you plan on growing or selling make sure you get your applications in soon! You might be the only one granted to sell or grow at this rate.
