Has the crew at Oscar Mayer lost their ever-loving mind? The team at Oscar Mayer is now selling a hot dog-flavored frozen pop. Excuse me but is anyone else gagging at the thought of this nasty creation?

Oscar Mayer describes the cold dog flavor as "refreshing and smokey umami". I don't know about you, but I don't want a popsicle that looks like a hot dog or even worst, tastes like a hot dog. This popsicle is topped with a mustard swirl. We have no idea if it tastes like mustard or is just for looks.

Who Can We Blame for This Horrid Idea?

Basically, we only have ourselves to blame. A few months ago Oscar Mayer's account asked their followers if we liked the idea of a "Cold Dog" and although it was just a joke, too many people got way too excited. The good news is we won't be seeing this in the Ark-La-Tex unless it becomes super popular. You can only get the Cold Dog at Popbar locations which are gelato shops and they cost about $2 each. The closest Popbar location to us is in Houston.
