Paris Jackson, daughter of late singer Michael Jackson, was rushed to a hospital early Wednesday morning, TMZ reports.

An ambulance was called to the Jackson family home in Calabasas, CA at approximately 2 a.m. after receiving a 9-1-1 call according to the website, which also reported that she had possibly tried to commit suicide by overdose.

This comes just hours after Jackson posted several messages on her Twitter page. One post reads, "Omg. That conversation escalated quickly. I wonder why tears are salty? Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away. Now it looks as though they're here today."

Perry Sanders, Jr., a lawyer for Jackson's mother, Debbie Rowe, released a statement saying, "Being a sensitive 15-year-old is difficult no matter who you are. It is especially difficult when you lose the person closest to you. Paris is physically fine and is getting appropriate medical attention. Please respect her privacy and the family's privacy."
