Lindsay Lohan will not face charges for a burglary at a home where she was a guest, according to prosecutors.

Lack of evidence that Lohan was involved was cited as the reason for dropping the case where several items, including cash, keys, sunglasses and a credit card holder turned up missing from the home of businessman Sam Magid. Magid, who is an acquaintance of Lohan, told authorities that he would not pursue a case.

Spokesman Steve Honig issued a statement saying, "Lindsay is glad this matter has been cleared up so she can focus on her upcoming projects."
